“Underground" explores the genre of dark fantasy, to tell a story about nature, the cycle of life and ourselves. The hero of the story, named Phí, is buried in a dark, dystopic universe only the fittest survives. And the fittest of this world is a relentless worm. A killer, who is constantly chasing after our hero. As Phí, fights his way out, he meets another soul, a female, buried near him. His struggle now becomes more intense in his effort to help her. F Phí’s only ally is the rain. A female voice which guides, encourages and comforts him. Rain is his only hope. Will Phí,. escape the worm’s jaws? Will he save himself and his beloved? The ending takes an unexpected turn deconstructing any preconceived idea about the plot. What looks like death is actually the beginning of life, and what looks like darkness is nothing but the discovery of light.
